Florida Health Solution promotes the prevention of those diseases which frequently affect our community. It is advisable to review periodically some vital aspects to keep us informed of the condition of our health. Florida Health Solution offers its members the possibility of paying close attention to this matter through a group of periodic examinations. All members after 3 month of activation have the right to receive one of the following appropriate panels once every three months. Appropriate panel can only be performed once per contract year.	Panel A: All Ages Office Visit Blood Test (CBC) Urinalysis Glucose Test
	Panel B: Older than 35
	Woman Office Visit Mammogram PAP Smear	Men Office Visit Prostate Test Coronary Risk Test
	Panel C: Older than 40 Office Visit Electrocardiogram Cholesterol and Triglycerides Chest X Ray (Smokers)
	Panel D: Older than 60 Office Visit Occult Blood
	Panel F: Between 21 and 34 Woman PAP Smear Office Visit

PHC (Prepaid Health Clinic): Florida Health Solution Corp. is a Florida licensed prepaid health clinic (PHC). Members will pay Nominal copayment when receiving PHC healthcare services.

DMPO (Discount Medical Plan Organization): This plan is not insurance. This plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services, but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.
